Timeline Panel

Shows events on a single line, in proportion to their event date/time or numerical value.

There are four fields that define the contents of the timeline:

• Axis - a date/time or numeric field whose values will be spread proportionately along the timeline.
• Name - the name of the point on the line, shown in a box connected to the point (not all names are shown if the points are close together)
• Label - optional additional text shown in the box connected to the point.
• Description - optional field, used as a tooltip for the points on the line.

The Inverted option, when checked, shows the timeline vertically, instead of horizontally.
