Adding a DSD to the process has two uses:

• Use values from the DSD in text
• Repeat entity links for all members of a data group

For example, if your process is about an individual, the DSD could gather information such as their name and their manager's details. These may then be used in the email sent by inserting the person's name and using their manager's email address to send the links to.

If the links need to be generated related the the individuals family members, the DSD could have a data group that gathers the list of family members. Each link can then be included for each family member, passing their id and inserting their name in the email text.
