A Permission Set is a collection of entities (fDocs/fSheets templates, fPanels dashboards, menus and DSDs for direct generation in fSheets) that can be collectively granted permission to teams and users to have access to.

Add or select a permission set for the following options.

This is where you add entities to the set. An entity may be in any number of sets.

The page shows a list of all of the entities currently assigned to the set. Click on any entity to remove it from the list (after confirmation).

You can remove the permission set from this page, if it has no entities.

Use the search option to the right to select entities to add. Select by entity type (fDocs, fSheets, fPanels, Menus or fSheetsDSD) and index labels. Click on any entity in the results set to add to the list of entities in the set.

Permission may be granted to any number of groups and teams. The groups and teams currently granted permission are shown on the left.

On the right, select a group from the list (or [No Group] to select those teams not in a group). A checkbox list of all of the selected group's teams is displayed, as well as one to grant to the whole group. Those checked are granted access to the entities in the permission set. Check and uncheck as required.

Each set has a name and an opportunity to record more detailed notes about the set.
