fPanels Highlighters

In fPanels dashboards, data may be highlighted by applying colours to fields and/or rows based on conditions.

In this example the Age field will be highlighted according to the subject's age:

• Up to 4 - red
• 4-11 - amber
• 12-18 - green
• over 18 - no highlight

Note that the sequence of conditions if significant as each is evaluated in turn and the first to return blank or “true” is applied. So each condition simply checks for age less than a value, so the under fours will be picked up first. Drag and drop conditions to arrange the sequence.

Click on a condition to edit (or “Add Condition” for a new condition).

Use the Function Builder to create the condition. It must return “true” for the condition to be met.

Click in the colour entry for the Colour Picker to be displayed to the right, in which you can click any colour from your theme's palette.

Optionally, you can add an icon to be displayed before or after the field's value. Use the Icon Picker or enter an icon code directly.

The Text setting is will be used as a tooltip for the fields which are subject to this condition.
