The Items page has two sections:
These are values that you wish to supply to the process, e.g. for use in the DSD.
Click on a link at the bottom of the page to add an entity:
An item will be added to the list and its editing pages opened to the right. The order of the entities in the list determines how they will be presented on the display page, in an email and in a downloaded zip.
For each entity in the list, specify how its link(s) are to be generated.
For each you can specify a data group- from the DSD(if one has been specified). A link will be generated for every record in the specified data group when the process is run and the DSD is executed. For example, you may have a “Family Members” data group and you could then add a link to the entity for each family member.
The 'Execute If' function lets you conditionally prevent the link being included. The function will be executed for each record in the data group if specified. This option lets you have finer control over which link are included.
For each entity, select the item (template, dashboard or DSD) and give the link a name. The name is only used in the designer, not in the resulting output.
Any other settings (such as document format) will also be entered here.
Optional Notes may be added as information about the process item.
If the entity requires input values they may be added as parameters in this tab. Any inputs required are shown as links at the top of the page. Click on each to add the corresponding parameters.
The message tab contains the Link Text and Link Details. These are used to display the links on the Process page and also as the subject and body of the email sent by the process.
Use the placeholders to include values from the DSD (if specified).
