Note that the Actions option is only available if Processors have been added in fAdmin.
The Actions page is a list of actions to be executed using the process items, i.e. the documents generated by the links.
Actions themselves are plugin software items that carry out a function such as saving the zipped set of files to a document management system. Custom plugins may be created to carry out actions specific to your implementation.
Click “Add An Action” to start a new action, or click on an action in the list to edit it.
Note that the order of actions may be changed. This is the sequence in which they will be executed, although this is general not relevant.
Select an action type from the list provided. The editor page will then be opened to the right of the page.
Give the action a Name to identify it from other similar actions in this process.
If the action processor requires a Source such as an FTP location, select one from the list.
The Action If option lets you specify a function to be evaluated to determine whether this action should be taken. For example, if the action should only be taken if the subject of the process DSD is over 18.
Each action plugin specifies parameters that are required, such as a file location. These are shown in the action editor page. Enter each as required.
