There are five different types of map available.
Points - icons placed at positions on the map.
Bubble - circles places at positions on the map with the radius acting as a comparative value.
Area - shapes placed on the map with optional colour coding and grading.
Height - 3D shapes on the map with height acting as a comparative value.
Heat - locations on the map grouped into heat spots.
A sample map is displayed in the Settings page to provide an indication of how your map will appear.
Azure Maps offers different styles of display. The default is Grey Scale (Light) as it reduces the impact of map features against the panel information. The options are:
Select the default style for the panel. The user may change the style by using the tools in the map display area.
If there are more than one maps in the dashboard you can synchronise their display when the user drags or zooms.
All map panels are shown here, from which you can select which are to be synchronised. This setting will apply to all map panels, so there is no need to set it in the other panels.
